GTC continues to work with property owners in the Towson core area to provide a unified business voice in the 2004 Comprehensive Zoning Map Process (In particular with regard to several proposed, large 'downzonings')

GTC is currently advocating and supporting County redevelopment regulations that will ultimately promote redevelopment over new development of green fields

GTC is working in conjunction with Baltimore County Office of Public Works to address the lighting situation in the Towson core, specifically in regard to tree trimming to better illuminate the streets afterhours

GTC continues its negotiations through the bureaucratic process for permits, licenses and other government approvals for Towson businesses
